DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

The Challenge

We were appointed by Maqio Limited to assist the managing director with the acquisition of a new facility in Middleton Manchester.

We reviewed the developers’ construction agreement and specifications and made representation on behalf of Maqio Limited during the construction phase.

We attended and chaired fortnightly site meetings with the developer and the main contractor and we also undertook weekly site inspections to monitor progress and site quality control.
