We were appointed by Eagle Rise Limited to inspect and prepare a schedule of condition at an industrial unit in Trafford Park, prior to lease commencement on a full repairing lease for a period of 10 years. A detailed site inspection was undertaken and a number of significant defects were observed, including cut edge corrosion to the roof.
