We undertake a desk-top review of all available information, including all construction agreements, agreements to lease and draft lease agreements. We can then advise on any associated financial risk from a property and construction perspective. We often do this in tandem with property lawyers that are reviewing documentation from a legal risk perspective.
We report on the overall condition of the building and give consideration to all property related liabilities and risks associated with the leasehold purchase, along with lease end repairing liabilities.
